Meet Your 2025 Miss Dogwood Queen - Elizabeth Bailey

Elizabeth is the 17-year-old daughter of Colin and Stacia Bailey.
She is currently a senior at Camdenton High School, where she is a proud member of the student council, A+ tutoring, and the National Honor Society. She also dances competitively with Releve Dance Academy and is a member of the Kansas City iPush Dance Collective, which is a pre-professional training and performance company. 

Her hobbies include dancing(all genres), cooking, painting, snow skiing, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Her future plans include attending the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she will major in psychological sciences.  

Elizabeth hopes to help the community’s young people with mental health awareness and, along with her love of cooking, teach her peers about healthier food choices.

The Miss Dogwood Queen holds a cherished place in our community, serving as a role model, ambassador, and shining example of what leadership and service truly look like. Representing the Miss Dogwood USA Pageant, our Queen dedicates her year to promoting confidence, scholarship, and community involvement across the Lake of the Ozarks area.

From volunteering at local events and supporting charitable causes to appearing at festivals, schools, and community programs, the Miss Dogwood Queen embodies the spirit of kindness, integrity, and dedication. She serves not only as a representative of the long-standing Dogwood Festival tradition—now celebrating its 76th year—but also as a positive influence on younger generations.

Her role extends far beyond the crown. The Miss Dogwood Queen inspires others to dream boldly, serve wholeheartedly, and make a meaningful impact. We are proud to celebrate her contributions and the lasting impact she has on the lives she touches.
